1. Description of Service

Hastarekha provides AI-generated palm readings for entertainment purposes. You upload or capture an image of your palm, and our Service uses artificial intelligence to generate a reading based on the image. The reading is a digital product delivered instantly upon payment.

2. Eligibility

By using this Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian to use the Service.

3. Entertainment Only

The readings provided by this Service are strictly for entertainment purposes. They are generated by artificial intelligence and do not constitute professional, medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. We make no claims regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any reading. You should not make any life decisions based on the readings provided.

4. Payment

A reading is generated after you upload your palm image. You must complete payment to view the reading.
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your payment credentials.
Prices are displayed before you initiate a reading and are subject to change without prior notice.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

5. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee that:

The Service will be available at all times without interruption
The readings will be accurate, meaningful, or satisfactory
The results will meet your expectations

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to upload only images of your own palm.
You will not attempt to misuse, reverse-engineer, or exploit the Service.
You will not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, design, graphics, and code, is the property of Hastarekha and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hastarekha shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

Your use of or inability to use the Service
Any decisions made based on the readings provided
Any interruption or error in the Service
Any unauthorised access to your data in transit

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hastarekha from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law
