Palm images: You capture or upload an image of your palm to receive a reading. This image is transmitted to our server for processing.
Payment information: When you make a payment, your payment details (card number, UPI ID, etc.) are collected and processed directly by our payment gateway partner, Razorpay. We do not store or have access to your full payment credentials.

2. How We Use Your Information

Palm images are sent to OpenAI's API to generate your palm reading. The image is processed in real time and is not stored on our servers. Our service is entirely stateless — once your reading is generated, the image is discarded.
Payment information is used solely to process your transaction through Razorpay.

3. Data Storage

We do not store any personal data, palm images, or reading results on our servers. Our service is completely stateless. Once a reading is generated and delivered to you, no data is retained by us.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate:

OpenAI API: Your palm image is sent to OpenAI to generate the reading. OpenAI's API does not use data submitted via their API for training their models. For more details, see OpenAI's Privacy Policy.
Razorpay: Handles all payment processing. Your payment data is governed by Razorpay's Privacy Policy.
Cloudflare: Our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and our backend runs on Cloudflare Workers. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We do not use cookies, analytics tools, or any tracking technologies on our website.

6. Data Security

All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. Since we do not store any personal data, the risk of data breaches from our end is minimal.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Service is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older, or who have obtained parental or guardian consent. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18 without parental consent.

8. Your Rights
